Unicycles, Stilts and Peacock Feathers ship in separate boxes. If shipped with other items, additional shipping and handling fees will apply.

METHOD OF SHIPMENT

U.S.A. - We ship UPS ground service unless otherwise specified. Please supply a street address for UPS delivery. If no one is home during business hours, we can ship to an alternate address. If you only have a P.O. Box number or general delivery address, we can ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Upon request we can ship UPS Air or Priority Mail.

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and APOs: We ship Priority Mail unless otherwise specified -- prices typically fall within the same range as UPS Ground. Allow 3-7 business days for delivery. UPS 2nd Day or Next Day Air service - available upon request. Call or email for rates.

International: We ship via USPS Express Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail, or UPS Air Express - your choice. Call or email for quote on shipping rates.

UPS AIR - This is generally the fastest service and the most expensive. This takes approximately 2-4 business days from time of shipment.

USPS EXPRESS MAIL - This service is generally the best balance between speed and price. Takes approximately 3-5 business days from time of shipment, costs slightly more than Priority Mail.

USPS Priority Mail - This is the least expensive insured air service. Allow 1-2 weeks from time of shipment.

USPS First Class Mail - This is the least expensive international mailing option, and is only available for smaller orders (exact weight/size limitations vary by country). Ships uninsured, allow 1-2 weeks from time of shipment

SHIPPING CHARGES

By GROUND - USA: Our UPS ground shipping rates in the U.S. are charged on dollar merchandise total. See chart above.

By AIR - USA and International: Weight is more critical for air shipments. Air couriers use "dimensional weight", which is based on volume. Therefore, we calculate rates for each individual order. Insurance charges are added for all INTERNATIONAL orders. Please call or email with the items you wish to order and we will quote the shipping charges.

Customs Brokerage Charges - International

Brokerage charges are service fees for customs clearance, separate from duties (see below). These service charges are generally included in the shipping chares, except on UPS shipments to Canada - where UPS charges a seperate brokerage clearance fee. Please be aware of this additional cost if you wish to have your order shipped via UPS to Canada.

Duties - International

These charges are NOT included in the shipping charges. They vary greatly and are levied by the individual country where the package is received (not by us), so we can not tell you in advance what these charges will be. You will be charged for all shipping charges for any packages refused or refunded.

DELIVERY TIME - USA

Most orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days if the product(s) are in stock. If any items are out of stock, we will notify you of the expected delay. Please allow additional time for custom made products (such as Composite Clubs or Custom Torches). Please refer to the UPS Ground Service Delivery Time Map below.

FOR ONLINE ORDERS:

If you need to receive your package by a specific date, please indicate this in the comments section of the online order form. If your package requires Air Service, you must call us at 800-763-0909 (USA Only) or 212-941-0060 to go over shipping options and costs.

We can not guarantee any delivery dates or make air shipments for orders placed online without phone confirmation.
