These balls are hollow, chrome-plated steel, made in the tradition of Chinese Therapy Balls. However, ours have been custom made for contact juggling with NO bells inside. Available in three popular sizes: the 55 and 63 mm are great for multiple ball work; the 73 mm is good for one ball manipulation.
