The kendama is a traditional Japanese skill toy with thousands of trick variations. Kendama tricks are done by sequential variations of catching and throwing the ball in the 3 cups, spiking the ball (in a center hole), balancing, and manipulating. Mastering the Kendama develops focus, concentration, creativity and of course juggling / object manipulation skills.
In the European-made Tribute model, the crosspiece is permanently affixed to the handle. Crafted in hardwood with painted wooden ball.
